  • 1 Cup all nautral peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

  • *1-4 tablespoons of water (varries)

Preparation

Step 1

Place peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, chia seeds, honey, and mini chocolate chips into a medium bowl.


Step 2

With your hands or a spoon begin to mix all the ingredients together. This is where you will beggin to add a little bit of water at a time depending on what type of peanut butter you use. Dont use too much water, you want just enough for them to hold a shape.


Step 3

Use your hands or a cookie dough scoop and roll out all the balls not to big onto a baking tray. You should have about 14 balls or so.


Step 4

Place the tray in the refridgerator or the freeze for an hour. Then they are ready to eat. (They are good in the fridge for about a week or so)
