This delicious Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake is the perfect way to refuel after a workout! It is packed with protein and tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream. It is great substitue if you are craving ice cream as a late night snack. You can also enjoy it as a breakfast shake or an afternoon snack to keep you energized.

Ingredients
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk ( I use almond milk)
1/2 cup greek yogurt
4 cups spinich
5 ice cubes
2 frozen bananas
1 scoop protein powder (I use chocolate optimum protein)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1:
Add all the ingredients together in a blender besides the mini chocolate chips.
Step 2:
Blend the ingredients together then add mini chocolate chips and blend again
Step 3:
Enjoy!
