Jump roping is an excellent form of exercise that can be done virtually anywhere. It is a great way to get your heart rate up, improve coordination, burn calories, and strengthen muscles. Jumping rope will also help to improve balance, agility, and flexibility. Plus, it's a fun activity that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. I like to incorporate jump roping into different ciruits of my workout and found it to be one of the best ways to do cardio.

Whether you're looking for a fun way to stay fit or just want to challenge yourself, jump rope is a great option.

This jump rope is personally my favorite because of the foam grip handle and the non-tangle rope. I have tried many other jump ropes and I found that majority of them were short which made it really difficult as it would hit my shins a lot. With this jump rope it is extra long so I dont have that issue.
